Project Manager, Product Development

Status: Full Time 
Location: Andover, MA (Headquarters)

Position Overview:
The primary functions of this position include project management, scope management, issue and risk management, facilitation and communication. This role is responsible for planning, estimation, scheduling, tracking and facilitating the Product Development team to achieve specific business results for each of Amicore’s product releases. The PM will be responsible for managing the work of resources across the Development and QE organizations.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

· Development and tracking of integrated project plans

·Adapts and applies Amicore’s methodology to meet project objectives and achieve expected business results

·Establishes and maintains project communications

·Oversees project estimations

·Maintains processes to manage scope, assesses and manages risk throughout the project lifecycle

·Identifies and manages project issues

·Maintains project tracking and information systems

·Escalates to VP, Product Development and other executives when important issues require resolution

·Analyzes raw data to develop solutions and recommendations

·Develops relationships with key stakeholders and members of other teams

·Contributes to the ongoing development of the Project Management discipline at Amicore

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

· 6+ years project management experience delivering distributed, enterprise IT solutions

·Managed diverse teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments

·Experienced multiple full project lifecycles from conception to final delivery

·Solid understanding of multiple project management tools, e.g. PS-8, MS-Project

·Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Visio; experience with Microsoft .NET preferred

·Experience with object oriented design and development methodologies preferred
