Joe Richer is the vice president of customer service at Amicore, responsible for overseeing the design, installation, training, integration, and support of medical office automation solutions for Amicore’s customers. He has previously served Amicore as senior director of implementation services, where his team introduced industry-leading change management techniques to the Amicore implementation experience. Earlier, he served as director of training services.
Mr. Richer has more than 20 years of training and technology experience beginning with his service in the United States Navy. Mr. Richer spent 17 years at Motorola where he began his career in manufacturing test and customer service, later moving to Motorola University where he served as training liaison for Latin American and Asian operations representing Motorola’s Internet and Networking Group. Mr. Richer and his team spearheaded e-learning and certification development at Motorola University with the introduction of several groundbreaking programs.
